Ballot Issue PAC Information
This page contains information of interest for state or local ballot issue committees including a committee involved in ballot issues in mulitple cities/counties and constitutional amendments.
Effective January 1, 2011, all statements and reports filed by ballot issue PACs exceeding $2,000 in campaign activities must be filed electronically.
PAC Chairs: You are the only person who receives reminders and/or notifications from the Board. However, we will email a courtesy copy to your treasurer if you provide us with an email address.
