Effective now, the following statements and reports by these persons must be filed electronically:
All committees for state office, executive branch lobbyist registrations & executive branch lobbyist client reports, independent expenditures, state parties & state PACs, Verified Statements of Registration (VSR), county central committees, county committees, city committees, ballot issue PACs, other political subdivision committees, once $2,000 in campaign activity has been exceeded.
"Electronically filed" means using the Board's Internet system and not faxing or emailing a paper report.
